The Integrity Holdings Group Opportunity Fund's primary strategic goal is to provide accredited investors with an alternative investment vehicle to traditional investments in the stock and bond market. Through direct commercial real estate acquisitions, we strive to hedge against the volatility that can exist within traditional investment indexes in an effort to achieve more consistent, long-term investment income and growth. We focus on the following three underlying guidelines:

Preservation of Capital

We thoroughly vet each and every acquisition through strategic underwriting, which complements the standard checks and balances utilized within the industry.

Return of Capital

We thoughtfully consider potential exit strategies on properties held by the fund in order to return capital to the fund for reinvestment into new property acquisitions and/or return investment capital to the investor.

Return on Investment

Our dedicated Asset and Property Management oversight is designed to bolster potential property value for investors in an effort to enhance their overall investment.

Invest with peace of mind

The Fund is structured in an effort to provide quarterly returns, strong growth, limited volatility, and tax benefits to its investors. Our focus is predominantly in primary and secondary markets within the “sunbelt” region of the United States. Our Funds will typically acquire and sell some or all the following types of properties:

Multi-Family Apartment Complexes

Multifamily apartments are a strategic investment for our Fund because they offer a defined source of income through rental payments. Additionally, the demand for rental housing tends to remain steadier than some asset classes in various economic conditions, which may provide more consistency during market fluctuations. Moreover, investing in multifamily apartments can allow for economies of scale, meaning expenses, such as maintenance and property management, can be spread across multiple units, in an effort to increase profitability.

Self Storage Facilities

Self storage facilities can offer low operating costs and higher profit margins. These facilities often require minimal maintenance and labor costs, and can generate dependable rental income with relatively low overhead expenses. Additionally, the demand for storage space tends to remain steady in a variety of economic conditions.

Senior Housing

Senior housing can be appealing because it caters to a growing demographic that requires specialized housing options. As the Baby Boomer generation ages, the demand for senior housing is expected to increase, providing a good source of rental income. Additionally, many senior housing facilities offer a range of services and amenities, which can generate higher rental rates and attract long-term tenants.

Student Housing

Student housing caters to a fairly stable and consistent demographic, with many students requiring off-campus housing options. Additionally, some student housing can derive higher rental rates due to the demand for amenities and services. With long-term leases and more predictable rental income, student housing can provide positive cash flow.
