Travis Cotter
Managing Director / Founder
Travis Cotter has been involved in real estate since 2007, and has an intensive background in residential and commercial real estate investments, with a primary focus in site development and multifamily assets. Travis is known for his extensive underwriting techniques often uncovering expenses and costs to a project often not disclosed. Travis’ fine underwriting principles translate directly into the IHG asset management plan for each asset by knowing where income can be increased and expenses can be decreased, so IHG can better predict the potential value it may create on each property. Travis and his wife, Stacey and their 2 children live on their farm, where they spend time together hiking, caring for animals and of course riding their very own motocross track.
